This is the reissue of an ULTRA RARE private garage blues LP from the Los Angeles area that may remind of early Quicksilver Messenger Service, specifically the 1966 pre-Cipollina line-up as heard on those Groucho releases. 'Smokestack Lightning', 'Goin' To New York', 'You Gotta Help Me' and other tracks feature trebly guitars, wailing harmonica, etc. This is one of the rarest 1960s California private LPs with originals virtually non existent and fetching large sums, so this is a welcome reissue.
