All our products are advertised with exact details in terms of format, edition, condition and availability. All our products are fully checked to meet their advertised description on receipt but also before shipment. Although, if you are not satisfied with a product you received, please feel free to contact us in order to find the best solution for your claim. All claim actions are valid within40 days from the day of shipment. We only accept the returns we have already approved.

The general terms are:
Wrong item ordered. You can return the product to us in its original condition and upon receipt we'll replace it or refund you with the item's value. In case of wrong item order all shipping costs for the return are paid by the buyer.
Wrong, defect, not as advertised item sent. We can either replace the product or we can refund you. This depends on the availability status of the claimed product at the moment of claim.
Sealed products must be also returned as sealed. If returned unsealed we can’t take responsibility as we are not aware on the content of a sealed item. In this case the record label is the solemn responsible on the quality of their offered items.
We take extra care packing your order. Please check our feedback on the Feedback / Packaging Details page. Broken or damaged parcels due to transportation mishandling are not subject of return following the above cases and are only covered by the insurance values noted on the Shipping Methods and Costs page.
All orders can be canceled from customer's side before dispatch with full refund. This means your order can be canceled only if it's in “pending” or “proceeding” order status. So if you have any second thoughts on your purchase the quickest you act the more likely your order is still in our hands!
