Description:

The Leftover Bullets have been present in Thessaloniki’s music stage since 2013. They released their first album in 2016, “Virtue and Vice” by Final Touch, having a heavy-sound basis with progressive and metal elements. Soon after that, the band will present their work on the radio (1055 Rock Fm, 104.7 Rock Radio, The Locals-Radio Thessaloniki 94,5), they will be praised by the press (Loud Enough? Magazine – 10/2019) and will give a series of concerts in Thessaloniki, nearby towns, Athens (Architektoniki, Tithora), in festivals, and live concerts; either participating in them (with Nightstalker), or as the headliners, like the 3rd Rock Fest Vol.6 and the Mini Bulgarian Tour with Scandal. In 2020, they release their second full album in cd format, “Tell mama we’re doing okay” by Sold Out Music, having enriched their heavy sound with punk, stoner and metal timbre, while maintaining a critical point of view of social phenomena in their lyrics. The album was warmly welcomed by the Metal Hammer (August 2020), after which the band launched video clips for several of their tracks, such as “Confused,” “Wasted Silence,” and “Free Speech for Sale.” Their most recent video clip, “Trailless Smile,” taken from the live documentary film “It’s Alive,” was created in order to promote the album during the Covid-19 lockdown in Greece, featuring Magic De Spell, Mora sti Fotia, Tsopana Rave and many more! “Tell mama we’re doing okay” was recorded by Giorgos Vasilas in Foundry Studios in 2019, the vinyl master was curated by Siopis Masters studio, while the prototype artwork of the album cover was created by artist Viktoria (Vorona_white_art). Thanasis Xanthakos edited the visual adaptation, Nikos Kitsos was the artistic director, and Giorgos Litsas was the band photographer. B-otherSide Records and Vinylmania Records will launch “Tell mama we’re doing okay” in 200 audiophile heavy vinyl records, which will also include sleeve notes with the song lyrics, credits and photographs of the band.
